This reminds me of the joke from Black Adder: Back and Forth, where the modern Edmund Black Adder travels through time. One of the times he lands in is Elizabethan England, where he literally runs into Shakespeare (Colin Firth). Black Adder helps Shakespeare up and then immediately punches him, saying “That is for every school child in the next four hundred years and for giving Kenneth Branagh a career” (or something to that effect).
Shakespeare, confused, asks, “Who’s Kenneth Branagh?”
Black Adder says, “I’m going to tell him you said that, and it will break his heart.”
Branagh’s been nominated for Best Director (Henry V), Best Leading Actor (Henry V), Best Live-Action Short Film (1992’s Swan Song), Best Adapted Screenplay (Hamlet), and now Best Supporting Actor for My Week With Marilyn.
#I propose a tumblr campaign to convince the academy voters to give him the award this year Yes. Does anyone know how to...

Well, hopefully this gives Kenneth Branagh the boost of self-esteem that he needs!
Ele é muito digno!
